Who can apply?
Independent quilt makers and small quilting businesses may apply. Seller approval is required before products can be listed.
What can I sell?
The marketplace is intended for finished quilts and approved quilt-related goods. Listings must accurately identify who made the item and its condition.
How are sellers approved?
Applications are reviewed for workmanship, presentation, product fit, and the information provided about the maker.
Who sets the price?
Sellers set their own product prices. Pricing should account for materials, labor, complexity, marketplace costs, packaging, and shipping.
Who handles shipping?
The seller packages and ships each order according to the listing and marketplace requirements, then supplies tracking information.
Who communicates with the buyer?
Sellers handle product-specific questions and fulfillment communication. QuiltShop provides marketplace and account support.
When will fees and payouts be finalized?
Seller membership, listing fees, payment processing, and payout details will be published before live seller onboarding begins.
Can my account be suspended?
Yes. Inaccurate listings, poor fulfillment, policy violations, counterfeit work, or repeated buyer issues may lead to review or suspension.
